Round cycle plants
Round cycle cleaning plants employing a spray and/or immersion process are ideal for integrating into manufacturing lines for the cleaning of individual parts due to their low space needs and short cycle times.
The charging of the parts can be effected manually via an integrated handling system or by robots. Depending on the part geometry the components can also be aligned beforehand so that problem areas can be optimally addressed.
Spray and drying nozzles are geared individually to the part to be cleaned. If possible and if required the components can also be adapted so that bore holes are rinsed through and thus the highest cleanliness requirements achieved.
Drying of the components can be effected either using classic processes such as blowing and warm air drying, or vacuum drying.
